ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has signaled Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani to play his role for reconciliation with the Sharif brothers.
According to reliable sources, the Balochistan Chief Minister had successfully convinced the President and Prime Minister that the country cannot afford a tug of war at this point in time.
He was of the view that the Federation should improve matters with its federating units so that the country could be put on a right path.
Nawab Aslam Raisani will soon be holding meetings with the Sharif brothers to hammer out reconciliation between them and the Federation.
