LAHORE: Muslim League-N president Mian Shahbaz Sharif said that Nawaz Sharif leadership on March 15 translated into reality the dream of making Pakistan into Quaid-e-Azam’s Pakistan, while the black coats had launched a movement since the last two years by closing down their business.
Addressing ML-N General Council meeting, he congratulated Qazi Hussain Ahmad, Imran Khan and other political parties for playing their effective roles in judges’ restoration movement. He said media role in the movement could not be forgotten.
He said that when the people saw that Nawaz Sharif had himself come out for long march, then they left their daily cores and rushed for joining the march spontaneously. He said that ML-N remained steadfast on principles that was the reason people from Karachi to Khayber supported Nawaz Sharif and long march had not even crossed Ravi that Islamabad people felt the knee-jerks and when the people come out in the name God such results were bound to come.
Paying tributes to their assembly members who had scornfully spurned away the horse-trading offers. He pledged to the nation for eradicating poverty, hunger, unemployment and lawlessness from the country.
